Job summary

Henkel in Salisbury, NC seeks a production operator to operate machines and production equipment safely, set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications, and monitor output quality to identify faulty products.

You will maintain accurate daily production records to support performance analysis and work in a non-climate-controlled environment, with lifting up to 50 lbs and respirator use as required. This is a full-time, on-site role at Henkel.

Qualifications

  • Chemical handling experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs, and up to 25lbs on a frequent basis during a shift.
  • Climb and descend stairs several times per day in work area.
  • Stand continuously and walk frequently during the shift.
  • Wear full face respirator and perform confined space entry.
  • Work in non-climate-controlled work area.

The hourly rate for this role is between $20.00 - $30.00 an hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
