Job summary

Henkel Corporation in Missouri is seeking a 1st shift production operator to join our Adhesive Technologies manufacturing site. You will operate mixing, blending, and packaging equipment, follow SOPs, batch sheets, and safety guidelines to ensure product quality.

This role emphasizes lean practices, routine equipment inspections, accurate production documentation, and participation in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a LEAN manufacturing site.
• Proficient with computer software including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to follow SOPs, batch sheets and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate production, quality and safety documentation.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support housekeeping, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
