Job summary

Lynn Rodens in Mesa, AZ is seeking a reliable Chemical Operator I to join a high‑purity manufacturing operation serving the semiconductor and advanced display industries.

You will formulate and mix products, prepare containers, perform cleanroom filling, document production activity, monitor equipment, stock supplies, and keep a clean 5S work area while following safety, PPE, and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Basic math and arithmetic skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual attendance.
• Ability to obtain Electric Pallet Truck certification; training provided.
• Preferred: 1–2 years in chemical manufacturing, cleanroom operations, or industrial production.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and mix products according to work orders and specs.
• Prepare bottles, drums, totes, and other containers for filling and packaging.
• Perform cleanroom filling and packaging operations.
• Accurately document production activity and process data.
• Monitor equipment and maintain efficient production flow.
• Stock packaging supplies and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles.
• Follow environmental, safety, PPE, and quality procedures.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to meet production goals.
• Assist with peer training and continuous-improvement activities.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

Pay: $22-$25/hour + Discretionary Bonus Potential
