Job summary

TEEMA Group in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Chemical Operator I to join our high-purity manufacturing team. You will formulate, batch, and package advanced chemical products in a modern cleanroom environment, following strict customer specifications.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic math and MS Office skills, and strong English communication. You’ll work Monday–Friday in a 6:00 AM–4:30 PM shift with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and basic math; strong written/verbal English communication.
• Detail-oriented with dependable attendance.
• Ability to obtain Electric Pallet Truck certification (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Batching & Formulation according to specs and work orders.
• Packaging & Cleanroom Ops: prep containers and precise filling per protocols.
• Process Tracking: document plant processes and log production data.
• Shipment Prep & Inventory: stock packaging supplies and prepare finished goods.
• Safety & Workplace Standards: maintain ultra-clean, safe work area per 5S and safety guidelines.
• Team Collaboration: work with teammates, assist training, and drive continuous improvement.
