Job summary

Henkel Corporation in Elgin, IL is seeking a 3rd shift operator to run mixing, blending and packaging equipment in our Adhesive Technologies unit. You will follow SOPs, monitor processes and maintain quality, safety and documentation for a clean, compliant operation.

The role supports housekeeping, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives. OT is required as needed, with a $1.75 shift differential included with base pay.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing, blending, and packaging equipment used in adhesive manufacturing.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch sheets, and safety guidelines.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and safety documentation.
• Support housekeeping, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

3rd Shift | Monday-Friday | 10pm-6:30am + OT as required | $1.75 Shift Differential included with base pay.
