Job Responsibilities

The candidate will manage the safe operation of the Beauty & Home operational area, including reactor systems, size reduction, and packaging equipment. When reactors are not operating, tasks include packaging, raw material handling, and other miscellaneous duties.

Work Schedule

• Rotating 12-hour shifts with some overtime expected.

Qualifications

• Compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Setup and monitor equipment using DeltaV/control panels.
• Perform administrative tasks like logs, checklists, and reporting.
• Work with engineers and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Diagnose and report equipment issues.
• Complete required training to maintain certification.

Desired Skills

• High School diploma or GED.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime.
• Initiative and ability to work independently.
• Multi-tasking and scheduling skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate equipment like forklifts.
• Familiarity with SAP or Microsoft Office is a plus.
