Main Focus: Manufacturing and blending products to meet customer demands. Functional areas may include but are not limited to packing, blending, and processing materials.

Accountabilities:

• Packing/palletizing
• Labeling
• Scanning
• Warehousing of final product
• Completion of paperwork
• Manufacture and blending of organic peroxides

Responsibilities:

• Follow safe work practices
• Set up and tend automatic mixing and pack-out machines
• Load ingredients into mixing machines and reactors from bulk tanks and drums
• Start machines and adjust to admit raw materials or cooling fluids
• Operate automated process equipment
• Operate auxiliary equipment for final processing
• Fill containers with product
• Apply proper labels
• Utilize lift equipment
• Perform changeover and cleaning
• Complete paperwork (batch sheets), set up printers, print labels, and use SAP system for inventory management
• Support ISO 9001, 14001, and Responsible Care programs
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Meet fit to work policy
• Work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift 55 lbs regularly, up to 110 lbs occasionally, and exert 100 lbs of force
• Pass physical and functional ability assessments
• Fluent in English (reading and writing)
• Ability to distinguish colors
• Ability to wear respirator and PPE
