Henkel is hiring for an Adhesive Technologies Production role in Cleveland, OH. This full-time position operates production equipment on the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 11pm–7:30am) with a $2.00 shift differential.

You will follow batch tickets, monitor quality and maintain daily production records. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, relevant manufacturing training, PITs operation certification if applicable, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Operates machines and production equipment safely per instructions.

• Cleans tanks, valves, hoses, machines and related areas daily.
• Supports shift lead in keeping compliance and cleanliness standards.

What you´ll do

• Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
• Follow Batch Tickets
• Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
• Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
• Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
• Cleaning of tanks, valves, hoses, machines, vessels, floors, walls, ceilings and all other areas or equipment as assigned by the shift lead or supervisor(s) is a daily expectation of all chemical mixing operators.

What makes you a good fit

• Completion of any relevant manufacturing training requirements.
• Completion of operations and safety training matrix and schedule.
• Certified in operation of PITs where applicable.
• Demonstrates a professional, team-player attitude toward work and co-workers.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
