Henkel is hiring for an Adhesive Technologies Production Operator in Cleveland, OH. This 1st shift role runs Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for new hires.

You will operate production equipment, follow batch tickets, adjust settings, monitor quality, and maintain production records while ensuring safety and efficiency. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, complete relevant training, and be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

• Completion of manufacturing training requirements.
• Completion of operations and safety training matrix.

Responsabilités

• Operates machines and production equipment safely per instructions.
• Follows Batch Tickets and sets up/adjusts equipment per specs.
• Monitors output quality and discards faulty products when needed.
• Maintains accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Cleans tanks, valves, hoses, machines, vessels, floors and surrounding areas as directed.

What you´ll do

• Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
• Follow Batch Tickets
• Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
• Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
• Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
• Cleaning of tanks, valves, hoses, machines, vessels, floors, walls, ceilings and all other areas or equipment as assigned by the shift lead or supervisor(s) is a daily expectation of all chemical mixing operators.

• Certified in operation of PITs where applicable.
