Job summary

Henkel is hiring for an Adhesive Technologies production role in Cleveland, OH. You will operate and adjust production equipment, follow batch tickets, monitor quality, maintain records, and ensure a safe, clean work environment on the 2nd shift.

Eligible for a sign-on bonus and shift differential. Required are a high school diploma or GED, completion of manufacturing training, and PITs operation certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Clean tanks, valves, hoses, machines, and work areas as assigned.

2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 3pm-11:30pm | Shift Differential: $1.50

What you´ll do

• Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
• Follow Batch Tickets
• Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
• Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
• Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
• Cleaning of tanks, valves, hoses, machines, vessels, floors, walls, ceilings and all other areas or equipment as assigned by the shift lead or supervisor(s) is a daily expectation of all chemical mixing operators.
