The position offers a 1st shift (9/80 schedule) from 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM with a $20.00/hour pay rate. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and relevant experience in manufacturing or chemical processing.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor mixing and blending machinery
• Measure and combine materials according to production specifications
• Inspect and monitor the mixing process to ensure product quality
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance issues
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Follow established safety procedures when handling chemicals and production materials
• Support compliance with company quality and safety standards
