NCH Corporation's Mohawk Labs in Indianapolis is seeking a Chemical Mixer to support manufacturing of our extensive line of products. You will compound and mix materials, follow work orders, and ensure quality while meeting customer expectations.

Starting wage is $20 per hour, increasing to $21 at 90 days, $22 at 6 months, and $23 at one year. This role offers a stable, hands-on environment in a global company with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous experience in a batch manufacturing environment.
• Basic Math Skills.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.

Responsibilities

• Clean, operate and maintain equipment such as totes, pumps and mixing vessels.
• Read, interpret and execute specifications from work orders.
• Manufacture batches based on work orders.
• Provide detailed paperwork to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Plan batch setup and changeovers.
• Pour and weigh raw materials as needed.
• Handle hazardous waste and control waste stream.
• Keep work area clean and free of safety hazards.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and move drums up to 400 lbs.
• Perform other related duties as required.
