• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 0–8 years of engineering experience; internships/co-ops encouraged.
• Fundamental chemical engineering principles: mass and energy balances, process equipment, operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Support startup, commissioning, and operational readiness for chemical process systems.
• Develop, review, and update operating, startup, and commissioning procedures.
• Learn integrated process systems and how equipment and subsystems interact.
• Assist troubleshooting by collecting data and working with senior engineers to implement solutions.
• Participate in system walkdowns to verify equipment installation and readiness for operation.
• Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Maintain engineering documentation, process records, and technical reports.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
