Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across processes and operations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional manufacturing environment with operators, maintenance, and engineers.
• Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence; experience with PS(M) and MOC beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, reliability, and cost performance.
• Monitor process performance, yields, asset utilization, and variable costs to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support minor and major capital project execution with process engineering input.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for manufacturing operations and troubleshooting.
