Lakes-Regional-Community-Center in Greenville, TX seeks a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) to deliver high-quality substance use services, provide case management, and coordinate with TDCJ, CPS, probation and parole partners. This full-time role emphasizes evidenced-based interventions and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid and current Texas Driver's License.
• Valid and current LCDC in Texas.
• Preferred: CMBHS/TDCJ Experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions.
• Conduct evaluations and comprehensive SUD assessments.
• Provide documented, collaborative continuum of care with community partners.
• Participate in quality improvement measures, quarterly file self-audits, supervision and crisis intervention as needed.
