• Execute batch production schedules by accurately weighing and loading raw materials into blending towers.
• Monitor mixing equipment performance and perform routine mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, proactively identifying hazards and housekeeping improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine production methods and optimize equipment efficiency.
• Conduct consistent quality inspections throughout the compounding process to ensure product consistency.
• Provide operational support to team members, including covering equipment monitoring during breaks.
• Participate in facility improvement projects and contribute to the design of new production workflows.
