Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in a shop setting, with familiarity in using hand and power tools, plus basic computer skills to update orders and track work status. Overtime and outdoor work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Formal trade school, college, or military training highly desired.
• Two years general shop experience with basic power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance trades by supplying materials, tools and keeping areas clean.
• Assist journeymen by holding materials/tools and performing tasks as directed.
• Support dip room prep and chemical coating processes for metal parts.
