Job summary

USA DeBusk is seeking a Chemical Cleaning Project Manager to lead safety, quality, and success across projects. As the USAD representative, you will guide projects from kickoff to completion, coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams.

You will oversee planning, execution, and supervision, ensuring safety, timely delivery, and client satisfaction while mentoring staff and promoting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in chemical cleaning/refinery environments.
• Willingness to travel frequently; passport recommended.
• Valid driver's license and TWIC card.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety focus.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Visio a plus.
• Ability to read P&IDs and PFDs.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for projects completed and the supporting team.
• Motivate and build trust through open communication and leadership.
• Review drawings, plans, and procedures for issues; drive correction.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and health excellence on site.
• Develop staff through mentorship and adapt to difficult situations.
• Coordinate with customers and other teams; manage schedules and crew utilization.
• Promote safety and partner with customers to meet business needs.
• Handle tense situations with customers.
