Job summary

USA DeBusk is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from kickoff to completion with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction. You will oversee crews, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and drive continuous improvement across field operations.

The role requires supervisory experience in chemical cleaning/refineries, willingness to travel, and strong leadership. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to read PIDs/PFDs are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in chemical cleaning/refineries.
• Travel frequently; passport recommended.
• Valid Driver’s License and TWIC Card required.
• Clean driving record and professional presentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Visio a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret PIDs and PFDs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, safety, quality, and outcomes.
• Lead and mentor project teams and subcontractors.
• Review plans/drawings for anomalies; drive corrections.
• Promote safety, reduce hazards, and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams; manage communications.
• Ensure realistic daily schedules and full crew utilization.
• Direct supervisors and operators; set expectations.
• Maintain field audit knowledge and equipment oversight.
