Job summary

Vecta Environmental Services, LLC is seeking a Chemical Services Supervisor to lead chemical cleaning and decontamination projects in the field, serve as a technical expert and crew leader, and ensure safe, efficient work aligned with project specs.

You will oversee daily field activities, coordinate with Operations Management, train crew members, and engage clients on-site to meet or exceed expectations while maintaining Vecta’s safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial chemical cleaning, refinery operations, or related field.
• At least 1 year of supervising field crews.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of chemical circulation systems and industrial cleaning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a crew of Operators and Technicians.
• Plan, assign, and oversee daily field activities; supervise setup and operation of chemical systems.
• Lead Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), safety meetings, and safety stand-downs; enforce safety standards.
