Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of related warehouse experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Windows.
• SAP experience is a major plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate strong organization.
• Good customer service and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary backup for Production Coordinator responsibilities.
• Close and file all open Batch Sheets in SAP, scan batch sheets into the system.
• Copy and scan daily freight orders and forward to Accounts Payable.
• Assist with freight deliveries or pickups when necessary.
• Process paperwork for incoming raw materials, supplies and return goods.
• Maintain inventory and organization of stock.
• Collect, send and track samples of finished materials.
• Purchase office and miscellaneous supplies as needed.
• Submit environmental inventory to Supervisor, Environmental Manager and Safety Manager weekly.
• Pick up and process orders; prepare goods for shipment; prepare labels and paperwork.
• Operate a forklift and repack finished goods.
