Commercial EmployeesRecruiting for a Blending Operator role with a well-established Pittsburgh-region manufacturer. The position is a DIRECT HIRE with a starting salary of $54,000 or higher based on experience, directly by the company from day one.

Shifts available: 1st 7:00 AM–3:30 PM and 2nd 3:15 PM–11:45 PM. Requires 3–5 years in blending/chemical manufacturing and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of blending and chemical manufacturing experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Forklift experience/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Blend products according to formulas and production schedules.
• Monitor blending process for quality and efficiency.
• Receive and transfer bulk chemicals and raw materials.
• Document raw material usage on batch sheets.
• Load finished products into tanker trucks as required.
• Operate tanks, pumps, piping, and related equipment.
• Identify and report equipment, tank, or piping concerns.
• Complete all required production, quality, and safety documentation.
