Job summary

AEGIS CHEMICAL SOLUTIONS LLC seeks a dedicated Blender for our Midland, TX operations. You will set up and start all mixing tanks, confirm batch ingredients, and ensure accurate documentation for each batch.

You must safely operate mixers, scales, pumps, and forklifts, work outdoors in varying weather, and communicate with treaters, drivers, and account staff to move batches to completion. A high school diploma and forklift certification are required.

Qualifications

• Requires two or more years of experience blending chemicals in production chemical industry.
• Must have forklift certification and a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains (90% of time).

Responsibilities

• Set up and start all mixing tanks and blenders.
• Obtain and understand batch documentation; ensure correct ingredients are used.
• Operate equipment safely (mixers, scales, meters, pumps, forklifts).
• Complete batch paperwork in a timely manner and communicate readiness to treaters and drivers.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and refer issues to Supervisor.
