Job summary

USALCO Mentor Plant, LLC is hiring a Blender/Loader to operate blending processes and handle hazardous chemicals with a focus on safety and quality. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards in a chemical manufacturing environment.

You will load and unload materials, follow batch instructions, communicate with supervisors, and work with the production team to meet shipping deadlines while maintaining documentation and equipment integrity.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the safe and efficient operation of the blending process and transfer of chemicals.
• Apply all plant safety rules and procedures.
• Wear and maintain PPE for hazardous chemicals.
• Develop and apply process, equipment and procedure improvements.
• Daily: walk-thru of process and equipment to audit safety and records; support loading and batching.
• Load finished goods and label containers; assist shipping and material receipt.
