Job summary

PLZ Corp in Coal City, IL is seeking a full-time batch operator for manufacturing production. You will combine chemicals and solvents per work orders, maintain batch records, and safely operate production equipment on-site.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and some chemical-handling experience; SAP proficiency is a plus. Competitive hourly pay with shift differential and a generous benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Some experience with chemicals and solvent mixing/blending preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow procedures to create batches according to orders and timelines.
• Safely operate all required equipment for batch production.
• Use SAP and other computer programs to assist with batch production.
• Accurately fill out batch sheets and related paperwork.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and SOPs, and address issues as needed.
