Job summary

Jacam Chemical Company 2013, LLC is seeking a facility operator to perform batch chemical operations and QA/QC activities. The role involves handling chemicals, operating processing equipment, and following HazMat and safety policies.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with forklift certification preferred and welding experience welcome. Work is conducted in chemical environments with temperature extremes, and employees must comply with corporate guidelines and drug testing

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of pumps and valves.
• Welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate heating and cooling systems per SOPs and training.
• Fill out mass balance after reactions and measure final product weight.
• Monitor and log QA/QC of products.
• Handle wastes with HazMat policies and coordinate with HSE personnel.
• Maintain and clean equipment and facilities per SOPs.
• Start pumps, turn valves, and control processing equipment to mix/transfer chemicals.
