Innova Solutions is seeking an Assembly Technician for a 12-month contract to hire in Tempe, AZ. The role involves assembling, labeling, packaging, and handling chemical-related products, following strict safety procedures, and maintaining production records.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of related experience (or 2 years post-secondary with 2 years), and the ability to work a 2nd shift onsite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary/Associates Degree with 2 years of prior related experience.
• Experience in assembly, production, packaging, or chemical handling preferred.
• Read and follow written work instructions, safety procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Meet physical demands of the position.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, handle, label, package and prepare chemical-related products and materials per work instructions.
• Follow safety procedures, inspect finished items, and maintain production/inventory records.
• Work in a fast-paced team environment with strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Adhere to chemical safety practices and proper use of PPE in all tasks.
