Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring an Assembly Technician for a 12-month contract in Tempe, AZ. You will perform electronic/electro-mechanical assembly, interpret technical specifications, and conduct wiring, soldering, and cable harnessing while ensuring tolerance adherence to blueprints.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or equivalent, with 2 years post-secondary or an associate degree and 0–2 years of related experience, plus an active J-STD-C certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or an associate degree with related experience.
• Active J-STD-C certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations, including wiring and component installation.
• Hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
• Setups and adjustments to hold tolerances per blueprints.
