Qualifications

• Valid and acceptable Indiana Driver's License (must be maintained).
• RT Pesticide License or the ability to obtain one within the first 30 days of employment.
• One year of landscape, turf, or related industry experience preferred (training provided).
• Willingness to learn a skilled trade and apply oneself daily.
• Ability to work independently while operating vehicles and application equipment safely.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• No felony charges.

• Complete daily production routes while maintaining consistent service quality.
