Qualifications

• Valid and acceptable Indiana Driver's License (must be maintained).
• RT Pesticide License or the ability to obtain one within the first 30 days of employment.
• One year of landscape, turf, or related industry experience preferred (training provided).
• Willingness to learn a skilled trade and apply oneself daily.
• Ability to work independently while operating vehicles and application equipment safely.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• No felony charges.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn and landscape chemical applications in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
• Complete daily production routes while maintaining consistent service quality.
• Utilize company app-based technology to accurately document services performed.
• Track and monitor product usage to ensure proper application and optimal results.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles to uphold safety and operational standards.
• Assist in identifying potential improvements to customer landscapes and plant health.
