WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Turf Health & Product Application

• Apply fertilizers, weed control, and pest control products according to label and plan.
• Identify turf problems like disease, compaction, or insect damage.
• Mix and measure products accurately for safety and effectiveness.

Route Management

• Review your daily schedule and navigate your route efficiently.
• Log services, recommendations, and property notes using our app.
• Treat each property like it’s your own—leave it looking sharp.

Equipment & Safety

• Operate ride‑on spreaders, backpack sprayers, and other gear with care.
• Perform pre‑trip inspections and report any issues.
• Follow all PPE and chemical handling safety procedures.

Client Communication

• Leave behind clear, helpful service notes after each visit.
• Communicate turf issues or upsell opportunities to the team.
• Be friendly and professional when speaking with clients on‑site.
