Job summary

Univar Solutions USA Inc in Dublin, OH, is seeking a ChemCare Price and Cost Operations Supervisor to lead a team responsible for maintaining accurate customer pricing and vendor cost data within SAP.

You will coach and develop team members, partner with Strategic Pricing, Product Management, Commercial teams, and other Shared Services departments, and drive pricing and cost management processes with a focus on data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Primary Purpose

The ChemCare Price and Cost Operations Supervisor leads a team of specialists responsible for maintaining accurate customer pricing and vendor cost data within SAP. This role focuses on coaching, developing, and supporting team members while building strong partnerships with Strategic Pricing, Product Management, Commercial teams, and functional departments within the Shared Services Organization. The supervisor oversees the execution of pricing and cost management processes, ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. Working closely with the Price and Cost Operations Manager, this position helps drive business growth, supports continuous process improvement, and ensures all activities are conducted in accordance with company safety, compliance, and ethical standards

What You'll Do

• Supervise Daily Team Operations, Manage Workload, Monitor Productivity, Provide Coaching and Training, Conduct Performance Management Activities
