Primary Purpose:

The ChemCare Price and Cost Supervisor leads a team of specialists responsible for maintaining accurate customer pricing and vendor cost data within SAP. This role focuses on coaching, developing, and supporting team members while building strong partnerships with Strategic Pricing, Product Management, Commercial teams, and functional departments within the Shared Services Organization. The supervisor oversees the execution of pricing and cost management processes, ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. Working closely with the Price and Cost Operations Manager, this position helps drive business growth, supports continuous process improvement, and ensures all activities are conducted in accordance with company safety, compliance, and ethical standards

What You'll Do:
