Responsibilities

  • Mix liquids and ensure totes stay filled.
  • Prepare mixes as needed (e.g., big blue mixes/Citro and Supersorb).
  • Understand part numbers and enter data accurately.
  • Utilize Shoptrak/Syteline for production entry.
  • Prepare Sani by mixing with raw materials.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and document usage and scrap.
  • Follow quality and safety standards to maintain a clean, safe workspace.
  • Complete Chem Mixing Sheets with required info.
  • Assist team to achieve related results as needed.
  • Occasionally support others as needed.

  • Base Pay $23.85 / Hour

GENERAL SUMMARY

Safety-all Chemical mixers need to wear Safety glasses/Steal Toe shoes

Must be able to lift 55-pound bags multiple bags daily.

Forklift Certified (Fresh can do this)

Daily Goals will need to be met.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Liquid mixing-make sure all liquid totes stay filled properly.

2.Prepare big blue mixes/Citro and Supersorb when needed.

3.Understand part numbers.

4.Understand and utilize Shoptrak/Syteline-used for entering production.

5.Prepares Sani by making mixes with raw materials.

6.Maintains inventory accuracy by Utilizing Shop-Trak tools, following formulas, weighing raw materials, documenting, and reporting raw material usage and reporting scrap.

7.Maintains quality by following organizational standards.

8.Maintains safe and clean work environment by utilizing ventilation system and keeping workstations neat.

9.Completes Chem Mixing Sheets by entering required information.

11.Contributes to Team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

12.Occasionally supporting Para as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1. Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.

2. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.

3. Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

4. Communicates effectively: conveys facts and information clearly both verbally and written

5. Collaborates well with others: proactively contributes to group objectives; volunteers to help others.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

1.High school diploma or equivalent preferred

2.A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

1. Reports to Master Planner

Interacts and partners regularly with supply chain staff, shop floor personnel, production manager, maintenance, and shipping.

WORKING CONDITIONS

1. Normal plant and office environment.

2. Lifting, bending, standing, and walking extended periods of time.

3. Uses equipment as required in the Company Policy Manual
