Job summary

Fresh Products, LLC in Perrysburg, OH is seeking a manufacturing associate responsible for liquid mixing, batch prep, and inventory control. You will weigh raw materials, follow formulas, and enter production data in Shop-Trak/Syteline, while maintaining safety and cleanliness on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include preparing mixes, monitoring liquid totes, and ensuring accurate reporting of material usage and scrap. Forklift certification is preferred and can be provided by Fresh.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Must maintain regular, predictable attendance.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication; able to document and report.
• Team-oriented with dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Liquid mixing and ensuring liquid totes are filled properly.
• Prepare blue mixes/Citro and Supersorb as needed.
• Understand and use Shoptrak/Syteline for entering production.
• Weigh raw materials, follow formulas, and report material usage and scrap.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Occasionally supporting other team members as needed.

General Summary

• Safety-all Chemical mixers need to wear Safety glasses/Steal Toe shoes
• Must be able to lift 55-pound bags multiple bags daily.
• Forklift Certified (Fresh can do this)
• Daily Goals will need to be met.

• Liquid mixing-make sure all liquid totes stay filled properly.
• Prepare big blue mixes/Citro and Supersorb when needed.
• Understand part numbers.
• Understand and utilize Shoptrak/Syteline-used for entering production.
• Prepares Sani by making mixes with raw materials.
• Maintains inventory accuracy by Utilizing Shop-Trak tools, following formulas, weighing raw materials, documenting, and reporting raw material usage and reporting scrap.
• Maintains quality by following organizational standards.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by utilizing ventilation system and keeping workstations neat.
• Completes Chem Mixing Sheets by entering required information.
• Contributes to Team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Occasionally supporting Para as needed.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepares Sani by making mixes with raw materials.
• Maintains inventory accuracy by Utilizing Shop-Trak tools, following formulas, weighing raw materials, documenting, and reporting raw material usage and reporting scrap.
• Maintains quality by following organizational standards.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by utilizing ventilation system and keeping workstations neat.
• Completes Chem Mixing Sheets by entering required information.
• Completes data entry buy entering completed mixes into Shop-Trak.
• Contributes to Team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Occasionally supporting Para as needed.

Required Education And/or Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience

Reporting Relationships

• Reports to Master Planner

Interacts and partners regularly with supply chain staff, shop floor personnel, production manager, maintenance, and shipping.

Working Conditions

• Normal plant and office environment.
• Lifting, bending, standing, and walking extended periods of time.
• Uses equipment as required in the Company Policy Manual
• Lifting a minimum of 55lbs
• Regular exposure to dust and vapors.
