• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including equipment logs and quality reports.
• Collaborate with the quality team to document and address nonconformities.
• Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report safety concerns or incidents promptly.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and 5S to maintain an organized, efficient workplace.
• Operate process-related chemical manufacturing equipment safely and responsibly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues.
• Monitor process levels, temperatures, pressures, and flow rates.
• Assist in synthesis, purification, bottling, labeling, and packaging of products.
• Interpret test results and compare against specifications.
• Identify nonconformities and act based on control plans.
