Meridian Adhesives Group is seeking a batch maker to mix raw chemical materials and produce our products. The role requires operating high-speed dispersers and related equipment, reading scales, and lifting heavy materials in a first shift.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Able to read and comprehend English.
• Read digital scales.
• Chemical manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Stage and charge raw materials into mixing container.
• Follow batch work instructions to manufacture quality products.
• Monitor and control mixing equipment to ensure batches meet work instructions.
• Adjust a batch under QC guidance until approved.
• Follow manufacturing schedule and communicate concerns with Supervisor.
• Clean up work area to company standards.
• Ensure work area is safe, clean, and free of hazards; report spills or hazards.
• Comply with PPE standards.
