Job summary

The Yacht Club Management Group NYC is seeking a Venue Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, presentation, and readiness of the venue. You will coordinate across departments, vendors, and leadership to ensure a guest-ready, compliant facility.

Responsibilities include inventory control, invoice processing, and coordination of maintenance. A fast-paced hospitality environment requires strong organization and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality operations or venue management preferred.
• Strong understanding of health regulations and hospitality standards.
• Experience with invoice processing and vendor coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory/purchasing software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational oversight and presentation of the venue.
• Manage receiving, inventory, and storage across FOH and BOH.
• Process vendor invoices and coordinate with accounting.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor services for facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the venue.
