Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in upscale catering, banquet, or hospitality service.
• Background in both Serving and Bartending; shifts are interchangeable.
• Knowledge of fine dining service standards (plated, buffet, cocktail).
• Experience with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and following detailed service specs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional presence with executive guests.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in dynamic event environments.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of wine and beverage service.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-level guest experiences.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure event details are executed to specification.
• Participate in pre-event briefings to understand event timeline and service standards.
• Execute setup, service, and breakdown duties.
• Perform serving or bartending duties based on scheduled shift.
• Support event flow by adapting to real-time adjustments.
