Job summary

UNOX is seeking a Chef Sales Demonstrator to join the sales team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will blend culinary expertise with commercial acumen to grow business and strengthen partnerships across your territory.

The role involves leading cooking experiences for prospective customers, delivering product and sales training, and supporting customers post-sale to maximize equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Professional culinary background or chef experience preferred.
• Commercial mindset with ability to turn culinary expertise into business opportunities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationships at all levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% including overnight stays.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with colleagues and partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire sales process from identifying opportunities to building long-term relationships with chefs, dealers, and partners in Ho.Re.Ca. markets.
• Organize and lead ICE sessions with prospective customers to show UNOX value in professional kitchens.
• Plan and deliver product and sales training for dealers and partners.
• Provide post-sales user training to maximize equipment performance and act as a trusted technical contact.
• Participate in Ho.Re.Ca. trade fairs, customer events, and local initiatives to strengthen the UNOX brand.
• Coordinate technical support activities with internal teams and service partners as needed.
• Create detailed reports by collecting and summarizing information through UNOX CRM.
