Compass Group USA is seeking a team member to ensure the efficient operation of Chef’s Counters, maintaining cleanliness and high service standards at events. You will arrange food items, utensils, and keeping displays fresh and labeled to meet business standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring food levels, replenishing dishes, and assisting with inventory as needed while collaborating with kitchen staff and servers to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Experience in fast-paced food service or catering environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the chef counter by arranging food items, utensils, chafing dishes, and serving utensils, ensuring proper display and labeling.
• Monitor food levels and quality during events, replenishing dishes as needed and adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Keep the chef counter stocked with serving utensils, plates, and napkins; assist with breakdown and inventory records.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, servers, and team members to address issues and maintain seamless service.
