Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Certification with the Dietary Manager’s Association is preferred.

Essential Job Functions

• Handle and prepare appetizing and safe food.
• Follow written menus and recipes, including menu extensions.
• Understand and serve therapeutic diets as per physician’s orders.
• Adhere to meal schedules, minimize food waste, and serve food accordingly.
