Job summary

Culinary Services Group (CSG) in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Chef Manager to lead day-to-day culinary operations and ensure exceptional client service. You will oversee production, quality assurance, team development, and engagement with clients to deliver outstanding meals.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of culinary management experience, hands-on chef skills, and a strong focus on food quality, cost controls, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of culinary management experience.
• Hands-on chef experience is required.
• Experience in high-volume catering environments.
• ServSafe Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides frontline culinary resources and support.
• Assists with cost controls, menu planning, purchasing and quality guidelines.
• Assists with planning and creating menus.
• Produces and executes catering events.
• Rolls out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Helps manage cost controls and expenditures for the account.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
