Job summary

Continental Services is seeking a Chef Manager at Chelsea Proving Grounds to lead culinary operations and client service. You will oversee menu development, quality control and daily production, while managing staff and coordinating events to meet client expectations.

The role requires extensive culinary experience, strong leadership and the ability to plan, train and develop a high-performing team. This on-site position offers full-time hours and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in culinary or hospitality or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years culinary experience and event management.
• Prior management experience required.
• ServSafe Manager and Allergen certification preferred; if not held, willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead food preparation and client service for assigned locations.
• Conduct daily line checks for quality before service.
• Plan, organize, and delegate to meet daily goals.
• Develop menus and research new culinary trends.
• Inspire and coach the team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
