Job Summary

As a Chef Manager , you will support culinary operations for the prestigious World Bank dining program, partnering closely with the Senior Executive Chef to deliver exceptional food experiences. This role combines culinary leadership, team development, menu execution, and direct client engagement within a professional and hospitality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Culinary leadership experience in restaurants, hotels, resorts, clubs, catering, or corporate dining environments
• Experience leading teams in high-volume food service operations
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Comfortable interacting with clients, guests, and senior stakeholders
• Strong understanding of food cost management, purchasing, and inventory controls
• Experience supporting catering, banquet, or special event operations
• Commitment to food quality, safety, and team development
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferred
• Interest in growing a long-term career within a leading foodservice organization
