Sodexo is seeking a Chef Manager for St. Anne Home, a senior living community located in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, near Pittsburgh. St. Anne's is a 200-resident skilled care and personal care facility with decentralized dining. The Chef Manager will report to the General Manager and manage a staff of approximately 30 hourly employees. The typical shift will be from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm and may vary, including every other weekend coverage.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee food production and trayline operations
  • Handle food ordering and inventory management
  • Perform tray assessments to ensure food quality, temperature, and tray accuracy
  • Exceed Sodexo standards for Gold Checks and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits
  • Supervise hourly associates, including employee development

What You Bring
  • At least 2 years of food service management experience
  • Culinary skills and knowledge
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to uphold high standards and implement company policies
