Job summary

Elior North America in Concord, MA is seeking an experienced chef manager to join our Corporate Chefs team. You will ensure clients receive delicious, healthy food during every service and lead a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities include overseeing customer service standards, menu design input, staff hiring/training, and maintaining safety and administrative tasks. Must-haves include leadership, scratch-cooking background, ServSafe or HACCP.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, enthusiastic chef manager to join our Corporate Chefs team in Concord MA. As a chef manager, you will have the opportunity to ensure that clients receive delicious, healthy food during every service.

What you'll be doing:

• Ensuring customer service needs are met at the highest standards.
• Being the main culinarian in a busy retail environment.
• Purchasing food, handling staff safety trainings, and being in charge of unit administrative tasks.
• Assisting in the designing of menus.
• Helping to hire and train new staff and attending training sessions and meetings when required.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• At least one year of prior experience leading in a kitchen focused on cooking from scratch.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage your own schedule and schedules of others.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• ServSafe and/or HACCP certification

Nice-to-haves:

• Prior management experience, preferably in a culinary environment.
• Allertrain Certification.
• First Aid Certification.

Compensation Range

Up to $72k/yr depending on experience + bonus potential
