Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a driven Chef Manager at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, MD to lead culinary operations in a high-volume healthcare setting and develop a skilled team committed to exceptional patient dining experiences.

You will standardize operations, mentor staff, design menus that meet client preferences and nutritional standards, oversee procurement and sourcing, and foster strong partnerships with clients and leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant culinary leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume healthcare or institutional kitchens.
