Job summary

Eurest is hiring a CHEF at Delmar Gardens in Chesterfield, MO to direct kitchen operations and oversee food production and service. You will supervise cooks and ensure food quality, sanitation and safety standards while coordinating daily meal preparation.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules, Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:00 pm, with no evenings or weekends. Eligible employees receive benefits and an internal referral bonus. Online applications accepted only.

Responsibilities

• Supervises cooks and associates to meet sanitation and service standards.
• Schedules, payroll, training, and performance reviews for kitchen staff.
• Prepares high-quality meals per recipes to meet production and delivery schedules.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Manages food use, waste, and inventory.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and workstations.
