Aufgaben

• Support the Food Service Manager in planning, developing and evaluating menus per Young Life standards.
• Recognize and prepare for guest needs/requests to partner with groups.
• Demonstrate hospitality and professionalism in guest interactions.
• Foster staff development and participate in comprehensive stewardship of the Food Services department.
• Lead or participate in food cost tracking and awareness of costs on camp fees and budget.
• Value volunteers and create an environment where they are appreciated.
